Facebook is seeking a seasoned marketer to lead our Programs Team in the Global Partner Center. The Centers provide customized content and immersive experiences designed to educate and inspire Facebook’s clients and partners through customized client engagements taking place in our purpose-built Partner Centers around the globe.

As a Lead within the Global Partner Center, you will be responsible for leading the team that delivers immersive sales client engagements for our agency and advertiser accounts. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished leader, creative marketer and great communicator. This role requires close collaboration with Sales (and our clients), Facebook executives, and other internal stakeholders to deliver unique outcomes for each meeting. You’ll work closely with your peers on the partner center team and the face to face marketing team to scale experiences, maximize efficiencies and cultivate new ideas that benefit all our face to face experiences around the globe.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead and develop a team of program managers to deliver impactful, customized client engagements for Facebook's largest advertising and agency clients by crafting results-driven agendas with thoughtfully suggested sessions and speakers

  2. Develop new strategies for client engagements that lead to increased impact for Facebook's client relationships

  3. Analyze and review topics and content to bring to light new messages for clients in the Partner Center and ensure the program is a growth driver for our advertising business

  4. Align on a new briefing process that provides the best pre-engagement preparation for speakers and executives

  5. Leverage storytelling skills to incorporate new themes and key messages throughout the on-site engagements

  6. Work with cross-functional partners to develop customized content for bespoke meetings

  7. Create Voice of the Customer reports for the Global Business Marketing team by providing qualitative feedback from Partner Center engagements to further Global Marketing Solutions priorities and initiatives

  8. Drive consistency of global partner program managers strategically, functionally and creatively to ensure alignment with the Facebook brand

  9. Work with our Sales Operations team on measuring the program's impact

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experiential marketing experience

  2. Experience building cross-functional relationships

  3. Organizational, process and project management experience

  4. Experience with content and program development for conferences, meetings, and events

  5. Experience with corporate briefing programs, experiential and/or event marketing

  6. Leadership experience, and experience building, leading and inspiring a team

  7. Experience with advertising, marketing and media landscape

  8. Experience creating and evolving experiences that showcase product offerings

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a marketing technology company

  2. Proficiency in Facebook’s product suite

  3. Large-scale marketing program experience

  4. Strategic development of executive briefing centers/programs experience
