Summary:

We are looking for a talented marketer to lead business marketing for our Small to Medium Business (SMB) Audience in North America. To be successful at Facebook you need to embrace the hacker ethos: an ability to move fast, iterate and always add value. They will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and activating programs to grow our business across this diverse audience. The successful candidate will be a creative, analytical, adaptable, collaborative, and operationally-savvy marketer with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow people, and translate business objectives & customer insights into successful marketing strategies. They'll lead a team who will work closely with our SMB, Communications, Industry and Vertical Marketing, and internal creative teams to develop and execute on integrated marketing programs that inspire our SMB community, drive growth, and build our brand. The position is based in Menlo Park.

Required Skills:

  1. Build a long term marketing plan to grow the North America SMB business rooted in audience insights, industry trends, & business objectives

  2. Lead broad-reaching, multi-channel brand campaigns which shift brand sentiment by telling Facebook's small business story

  3. Build and activate sustainable marketing & sales enablement programs across multiple SMB segments and verticals

  4. Become a marketing thought leader across all segments of the North American SMB business

  5. Lead and develop a high performing marketing team

  6. Deliver concise and powerful analysis of marketing impact

  7. Manage the marketing budget

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of integrated marketing experience

  2. Knowledge of media landscape and mid-market advertiser audience

  3. Experience building and growing high performing teams

  4. Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies and programs

  5. Demonstrated experience delivering results across marketing objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree

  2. Agency management experience

  3. Strong understanding of the SMB economy in NA

  4. Self-starter and experience thriving in fast-paced cultures

  5. Outstanding communication skills

  6. Ability to distill complex data into digestible insights
