The SMB team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small and medium sized business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like pages and advertising. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business.

Facebook is seeking an experienced marketing leader for its Small & Medium Business Marketing team to drive our Channel Marketing efforts to grow unmanaged SMBs through outsourced sales programs and performance marketing. The successful candidate must be passionate about growing and leading world-class teams that build scaled marketing programs in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must thrive with cross-functional partners and exhibit excellent analytical and marketing skills. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Menlo Park.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage and grow a team of Channel Marketing Managers, including people managers, that build and execute the channel marketing strategy to grow segments of SMBs

  2. Build a strong culture centered on impact, transparency, individual and business growth, and fun

  3. Guide team to drive leads to outsourced sales programs and drive impact through performance marketing direct-to-SMBs (Key channels include email, onsite, FB Ads, SEM and more)

  4. Develop a marketing function for SMB's Outsourced and Unmanaged effort

  5. Drive marketing PoV in leadership forums to drive overall area strategy

  6. Build strong and effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including program management, analytics, creative, product and more

  7. Prioritize across initiatives and stakeholders to ensure that team is delivering the most impact

  8. Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS/BA in marketing, economics, engineering or quantitative field

  2. 12+ years of total experience with track record of increasing responsibility, including leading high performing channel marketing teams

  3. Digital marketing and analytical experience in channels like email, Facebook Ads, onsite merchandising, SEM and display

  4. Demonstrated experience devising and lead marketing programs

  5. Demonstrated experience achieving marketing results across a portfolio of marketing objectives

  6. Experience leveraging marketing to drive results in an outsourced/sales environment

  7. Experience leading, influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams

  8. Experience communicating with peers, management, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in marketing, economics, engineering or quantitative field

  2. Experience managing people managers

  3. Avid Facebook user

  4. Passionate about SMBs
