Summary:

Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Partnership organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Menlo Park office.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting specific teams within Facebook, providing hands-on team support and leveraging broader org resources

  2. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization

  3. Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  4. Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth

  5. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

  6. Provide ongoing coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors

  7. Partner closely with regional/international HR partners on global strategy and execution

  8. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  9. Manage the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  10. Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, overseeing and participating in employee relations issues as needed

  11. Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

  12. Participate as an integral member of extended HRBP community

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in an HR function

  2. Demonstrated project management/change management experience

  3. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years experience as working HR Business Partner or equivalent

  2. BA/BS degree

  3. Experience helping global organizations scale

  4. Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

  5. Experience working in a tech, product focused organization
