Facebook seeks a highly motivated team player to serve as Head of Regional Compliance Programs. This position will lead and manage Facebook’s global ethics and compliance program initiatives. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with significant experience developing and implementing practical compliance programs in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Lead and drive strategy for design, implementation and maintenance of company-wide compliance programs, policies and initiatives covering anti-corruption and political ethics, among other corporate policies and regulations
Manage team of regional compliance managers and data analytics team, and partner with compliance counsel and operational teams to execute program goals and objectives
Understand and harness data to identify and monitor risk and drive decision making
Develop and report on relevant metrics to measure compliance program effectiveness and progress
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate compliance program initiatives
Take on special projects and support other compliance program initiatives as needed
Willingness to travel globally
10+ years of industry or consulting experience focused on ethics and compliance
5+ years experience managing a global team with demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Experience with internet or technology companies
JD or Master's Degree
Strong work ethic and flexibility
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
