The Community Development team contributes directly to Facebook's mission by connecting creators with their audiences, helping them meet their objectives through solutions like Pages, Videos, Live and Ad Break. We succeed when we help our partners grow their business. The team is searching for a leader to manage the team and launch, optimize, and scale digital acquisition marketing campaigns by utilizing online channels such as Email, Ads, and Onsite upsell. This individual will leverage internal and external tools to manage global campaigns that help thousands of video creators meet their desired outcomes on Facebook. Ideal candidates love breaking down problems, building solutions, delivering actionable and data-driven insights, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Develop and launch go-to-market plans for digital marketing campaigns to increase the number of eligible partners and increase partner onboarding to creator programs
Build, manage and optimize multiple online channels (email, onsite placements, Facebook Ads, SEM, etc.)
Work cross-functionally with Marketing and analytics stakeholders to execute programs
Generate break-through analytical insights that drive significant response improvement, CPA efficiencies, or partner value improvements
Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral
Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful programs
Drive team reporting and performance assessment and communicate results to key stakeholders
Identify opportunities for technological and process improvement, quantify impact and drive build vs. buy decision making and implementation
10+ years experience in marketing, account management or operations
Experience in marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)
Experience working directly with product and engineering teams to provide business cases and requirements
Experience working directly with analytics teams or being your own analyst to define and develop pipelines for targeting criteria and evaluate performance
Experience providing direction to and leading cross-functional teams
Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, CRM and CMS platforms
Analytical experience and knowledge in performance-driven marketing
