Summary:

The Global Talent Intelligence team supports our Recruiting organization by providing impactful competitive intelligence in support of finding and hiring the world’s best for Facebook. We are building a scaled approach to harvesting, storing and accessing talent intelligence unlocking more competitive differentiation and team effectiveness. This team focuses on applying data/research findings to drive the right hiring outcomes. The GTI Manager reports to the Global Head of Talent Selection & Intelligence.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead the Vision and Impact of the GTI organization globally.

  2. Manage and develop the GTI team (responsible for Market and Talent Intelligence) to ensure a high performing team.

  3. Drive the ROI in our Talent Intelligence community by applying data/research findings to support the right hiring outcomes for Global Recruiting.

  4. Ensure all GTI initiatives are high impact, well-defined, well-communicated, and prioritized.

  5. Ensure rigorous approach to identifying diverse talent in all GTI efforts.

  6. Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to provide better data and insights supporting the Global Recruiting Organization in finding the world's best talent for Facebook.

  7. Ensure stakeholder alignment of GTI's priorities and initiatives across related functions (Recruiting Leadership, Strategic Sourcing, People Planning, Recruiting Insights, HR, L&D, etc.).

  8. Partner with Head of Global Recruiting, People Planning, and PIE to create and implement productivity-enhancing tools for gathering and disseminating GTI at scale.

  9. Expertly execute change management on GTI initiatives.

  10. Help to scope, evaluate and implement talent intelligence tools, processes and methods.

  11. Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and shared services.

  12. Manage and escalate risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured.

  13. Measure the outcomes and outputs of projects and talent intelligence endeavors and leverage quantitative and qualitative results to inform impact of GTI's work.

  14. Lead the creation and delivery of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture performance by using SLAs and KPIs.

  15. Inspires high performance teams: typically responsible for training and developing strong in- team or cross-functional team peers/partners for at least 3 persons in development at all times.

  16. Proven ability to have mid to-long-term focus: planning horizon of 18+ months (goals, people management and development, delivery, cross-functional team projects and initiatives).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of recruiting experience inclusive of people management and global responsibilities.

  2. Experience leading multiple strategic change initiatives without oversight.

  3. Experience in recruiting function and partner organizations: influences partner and client goals.

  4. BA/BS degree.

  5. 10+ years of HR consulting experience.

  6. Experience working cross-functionally and hold people for deliverables without a formal reporting structure.

  7. Experience working on more than one project at a time.

  8. Experience working across various levels of the organization.

  9. Experience promoting and sharing recruiting content to audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in high-tech environment

  2. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  3. Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the recruiting process
