Facebook's Global Security Systems and Technology team is seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to join the team. The Global Security organization builds and implements best-in-class technology, and partners with other teams within Facebook to enhance the security systems experience while protecting our people, assets and reputation.

Partner with and drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers when required.
Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience.
Gather product requirements, define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and drive strategy and roadmap.
Foster a culture of data driven decision making.
Automate and streamline products and processes where feasible to develop standards and reporting best practices.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.
Manage collaboration and communication with multiple department leaders, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.
Establish direction for the team by prioritizing roadmaps and implement strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results against these goals that will advance the organization's productivity through thoughtful technology.
You'll manage a team working with windows and Linux system administration, part SQL admin and part application expert, and will offer thoughtful opinion and leadership to any given situation.
You'll enjoy spending most of your time working with vendors and internal groups to develop systems to perform functions to they were and were not designed to do.
The Technology Integration Manager is proactive in identifying roadblocks.
You’ll move swiftly to remove roadblocks and work with cross-functional team members to be agile.
You will work to integrate a range of existing and new technologies including: PSIM, Genetec, CCure 9000, Commend, and many more in house applications and systems in enterprise environments.
Experience in team leadership through business needs, systems design, and healthy accountability
Knowledge in budgets and future planning for scale and growth
Communication, technical drafting, presentation experience, and interpersonal experience
Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, ensuring on-time delivery (this may include drafting requirements, use and test cases as well as support and escalation plans)
Knowledge of Statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regressions)
Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities on deadlines
Knowledge in physical security systems, security hardware, locks, cameras, and networked-based equipment
Experience in process for system design, system architecture, system implementation project management, final Test and Acceptance of security systems and handover
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related experience
Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies and design
Experience giving presentations to executive levels and above
Experience with client and vendor management
5+ years of experience managing strategic teams
5+ years of experience integrating system of a disparate and complementary nature
7+ years' experience installing maintaining large enterprise security systems
