Facebook Global Security is responsible for the safety and security of all Facebook facilities and personnel. As Security Site Manager, you will support a Security Operations Manager with overseeing a guard force, monitoring and responding to incidents, conducting investigations on a variety of topics, managing and coordinating special event and ensuring a safe working environment for a specific site that would include multiple buildings. Supports initiatives to strengthen external partnerships with local and state law enforcement, federal agencies, third party vendors and community organizations. You will be expected to lead the daily security operations for your locations and execute strong vendor performance.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinate daily security operations as determined by the Security Operations Manager

  2. Support the review and development of SOPs and ERPs

  3. Supervise all security vendors against FB issued KPIs and expectations

  4. Assist with security and safety awareness training programs

  5. Provide additional operational support and guidance to the regional security teams

  6. Assist with project related security strategies, as required

  7. Collaborate with key partners to build innovative and creative security strategies

  8. Ensure compliance with Regional/Global Standards and Programs

  9. Works with the Executive Protection team to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks that carry a risk to leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. Seven or more years of security management experience

  3. Knowledge in the areas of emergency/disaster management, physical security, critical incident stress management, risk management and business resiliency, experience with emergency procedure protocols and regulatory interfaces

  4. Experience applying logic and reason to solve problems

  5. Experience in infusing innovation into strategic plans

  6. Experience in corporate or institutional Security/Safety related role

  7. Demonstrated experience in the development of security procedures and processes

  8. Knowledge of Physical Security design specifications and standards

  9. Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems

  10. Proven track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering, customer-oriented security programs

  11. Experience conducting investigations including criminal, human resources, and safety incidents

  12. Multi-tasking experience

  13. Demonstrated working knowledge of Workplace Incident Management, Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity

  2. Communication and organizational leadership
