Summary:

Facebook is seeking a well-rounded, high energy, driven Financial Analyst to join our Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) Finance & Business Operations team. In this role, you will help support the marketing and sales teams who are responsible for generating the majority of Facebook's revenue via ads served across our properties, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and more. Not only will you be leading financial planning for the teams you support, but you will also have the opportunity to build and improve key processes and work on ad hoc projects to help leaders best allocate their resources in a rapidly changing environment. It's an exciting time to be at Facebook and this role will provide significant responsibility and opportunities to interact directly with leadership, as well as to make an impact within a growing Finance organization. The position is full-time and located in Menlo Park, CA.

The ideal candidate is highly productive, focused on execution, and embraces change! Your to-do list will never look the same from day-to-day!This person is not afraid to dive into the weeds to identify trends, drivers, and deeply understand problems in order to help leaders solve them. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, and being able to connect with and influence people at different levels with different backgrounds is important for this role. You must be eager to learn and have an eye for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  1. Create scalable financial processes

  2. Set metrics to hold business partners accountable for execution against goals

  3. Implement regular reporting cadence to surface key insights and support decision-making

  4. Build models to help solve ad hoc problems

  5. Collaborate with global partners to ensure resources are used efficiently & responsibly to drive revenue growth

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S.

  2. 2+ years experience in an analytical field

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Excel modeling
