Facebook Executive Producer in Menlo Park, California


Facebook seeks an experienced Producer Lead to join 'The Studio'. The successful candidate is a problem solver, and have strong global integrated experience in live action and animation production, from production to editorial to finishing and delivery. A plus if you also have experience with digital work as well.This role will partner with the Operations Lead, as well as The Studio Creative Directors to prioritize briefs, assign production partners, establish infrastructure, manage producers as well as produce projects for the Product Marketing Team.

Required Skills:

  1. Manages and oversees productions

  2. Able to manage multiple projects

  3. Works with Creative Operations Lead and Creative Directors to prioritize projects and resource for producers

  4. Able to source new vendors for the team and maintain strong relationships with current partners

  5. A true partner to creative teams from the earliest concept stage forward to ensure the most innovative creative and production are employed

  6. Bid and negotiate with vendors for all aspects of film and animation production, editorial and music production

  7. Responsible for facilitating all SOWs, business affair, legal and talent matters

  8. Develop and continually manage project timelines and budgets

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years experience in production

  2. Demonstrated marketing operations and logistics experience in the web technology sector and experience contributing both strategic and operational levels

  3. Experience working with Product Marketing and Creative Agency organization

  4. Experience in global production, including transcreation and localization

  5. Experience in Excel, Oracle, and Keynote

  6. Cross-functional manager experience working in a start-up environment

  7. Experience as a manager with organization and people experience and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking
