As a Diversity Program Manager, in collaboration with the Diversity Business Partners, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners to find, grow and keep top diverse talent within our Business, Operations, Partnerships, Marketing, or Sales teams. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented and collaborative with a consultative mind-set and a passion for diversity. Key to this role is the ability to move fast, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.

This role is located at Facebook HQ in Menlo Park, California.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with Organization Leaders, Managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiting and Diversity Business Partners to execute data-driven strategies to find, grow and keep diverse talent

  2. Research and analyze external talent pools, partner organizations, and events, to create customized recruitment approach by pipeline

  3. Collaborate with Employee Resource Group leadership, Learning & Development and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategies for retention, engagement and promotion of diverse talent

  4. Drive engagement and accountability with stakeholders and partners

  5. Provide data, analysis and recommendations to guide decision making related to strategic recruitment and retention efforts

  6. Facilitate D&I trainings within respective client groups

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, project management, strategic operations or HR

  2. 5+ years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion

  3. Experience designing data-driven programs

  4. Experience facilitating D&I training

  5. Experience with research and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree

  2. Project management or consulting experience

  3. Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations
