Instagram is looking for a Creative Lead who can both conceptualize and craft breakthrough work in a variety of mediums. We are looking for a person who can see the possibility in every opportunity - from large, big budget campaigns to small scrappy ones. Someone who has experience with branding and product launches. Who is strategic and hands-on, comfortable in a flat, fast moving organization, excited to collaborate, and focused squarely on impacting the Instagram product and business. We are looking for someone who can leverage experience in marketing communications, developing great creative talent, storytelling and innovation to build and grow the creative marketing function at Instagram.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop original marketing content for a variety of marketing touch-points

  2. Work closely with the Product and UX design team to make sure the product touch-points are aligned with the brand

  3. Prioritize projects accordingly

  4. Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders

  5. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment

  6. Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience

  7. Create original, breakthrough work for film, mobile, web

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline

  2. 10+ years experience in creative role with an emphasis on consumer marketing

  3. Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated, global marketing environment

  4. Experience recruiting talent and developing teams

  5. Track record of working in cross-functional teams

  6. Experience leading creative work
