Summary:

Facebook’s Corporate FP&A team is seeking to fill a position with the opportunity to gain deep understanding into all facets of Facebook’s operations and business and have a large impact within a growing Finance organization. You will contribute meaningfully to financial reporting and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets and multi-year plans, and support ad hoc strategic and operational projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions.Successful candidates for this team are well-rounded top performers who thrive in a high-intensity growth environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables, analyzing trends & drivers, and explaining forecast vs. actual variances

  2. Assist management and Board business with financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests

  3. Serve as a partner and liaison to Finance, IT, Accounting, and other parts of the organization

  4. Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. 3+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience

  3. Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions and concepts with limited supervision

  4. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, including modeling

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase (or equivalent)

  2. Communication, partnership and interpersonal skills
