Facebook’s Global Business Marketing team is looking for an experienced operations specialist to help us drive operational excellence across the content that powers all of Facebook's business marketing properties. This role is helping to create, build and own the operational processes around content management. You’re the perfect candidate if you have the operational and governance skills and passion to come in, roll up your sleeves, and help us build and run processes and systems from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that content we create across all of marketing is maintained and managed.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive content accuracy across sales and marketing:

  2. Establish and drive methods that insure we ingest accurate content (high-quality, well-tagged, etc.)

  3. Audit content consistently to identify necessary updates and collaborate with content owners to make sure content is maintained

  4. Own our content management program:

  5. Own quality assessment to identify, monitor, reduce content inaccuracies/risk

  6. Define system requirements and work with engineering partners to put tools and process in place to improve content creation/operations

  7. Collaborate with partners to drive updates to taxonomy and tagging systems in order to improve content accessibility and user experience

  8. Effectively collaborate across teams:

  9. Gather and share content management best practices across Global Marketing Solutions organization

  10. Work with cross-functional teams including content owners, strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, product marketers to influence prioritization of content maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or content management

  2. Demonstrated critical thinking experience

  3. Experience measuring impact against operational metrics

  4. Experience collaborating in a team environment

  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams

  6. Communication and presentation experience

  7. Bachelor's degree

  8. Experience with two or more of the following:

  9. Localization/internationalization and optimizing content

  10. Refining and optimizing taxonomies

  11. Defining CMS requirements and content management workflows

  12. A/B testing and data analysis

  13. Managing editorial quality

  14. Cross-functional project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience defining and managing marketing taxonomy

  2. Experience in direct content management, including strong understanding of how content management systems work, and/or strong content analytics
