Facebook is looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in web and mobile content to transform the experience for Facebook advertisers around the world. You will lead the content strategy for a team responsible for creating and managing high quality educational and support content at massive scale for mobile and web users of our Help Centers, eLearning and Facebook for Business websites. You will support a team of help and education content strategists from the Content Development team and directly manage an editorial content strategist. The ideal candidate will have an obsession with creating an amazing customer experience and scalable and efficient processes, strong analytical skills and experience working in a cross-functional team. We're seeking a lead with the ability to create a culture of collaboration and a team-first environment. This role is based in our headquarters in Menlo Park, California.

Required Skills:

  1. In partnership with the Business Education Content Delivery Strategy Lead, develop standards, principles, and advertiser journeys for Business Education educational opportunities

  2. Understand the global content lifecycle (translation, adaptation, and other systems), and partner with our cross-functional teams to deliver delightful user experiences

  3. Develop Information Architecture standards and principles for Ads Help Center and Media Publisher Help taxonomies

  4. Use data and research to evaluate the impact of the Business Education Content Development team's content, and push for continuous improvement that shows real business results

  5. Work with process owners to create and optimize processes for adding new content quickly, while ensuring the content meets Facebook's high quality bar and follows Facebook's policies

  6. Work with the Business Education Platforms and Projects Lead to specify requirements for the technological systems and tools required to support the content development strategy

  7. Partner with the Business Education Content Delivery Strategy Lead to provide guidance to the Business Education Development team as to the prioritization and content development road map for Business Education learning deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 8+ years of experience specific to web content, customer support, education and/or curriculum design

  3. 3+ years of people management experience

  4. Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups, especially product teams, to produce results

  5. Problem solving and analysis experience in solving business problems
