Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the market review process for the company’s total rewards programs. The role is instrumental in providing competitive performance driven compensation programs, and this person will be able to provide strong connection points across the broader compensations team.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage and participate in all aspects of the compensation market review process

  2. Responsible for survey management, including selection of surveys to data field selection to analysis of surveys

  3. Participate in annual and quarterly trends compensation benchmark surveys and evaluate results

  4. Work with external vendors in collecting peer and comparator data

  5. Work with compensation to ensure appropriate job matches and job leveling with respect to market

  6. Work with external parties to manage market review tools and data accuracy

  7. Additional compensation projects and assignments as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of work experience in compensation or HR

  2. Knowledge of total compensation components including base pay, incentive pay, equity plans, sales compensation programs, recognition programs, linkage of pay to performance

  3. Experience with job description analysis, job matching and results analysis with external technology surveys

  4. Analytical and interpersonal experience

  5. Computer experience using all MS Office applications with Excel experience

  6. Experience communicating across groups and geographies

  7. Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field

  2. Technology industry experience

  3. Flexibility, adaptability and ability to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
