Summary:

You are a creative marketer with a demonstrated record of helping to cultivate communities and build social good programs. Here, you will build a world class experience where community members feel privileged and excited about their involvement with the product(s) and have a very clear understanding of how the program benefits both them and the brand. At the same time, we need to be able to capture and measure the collective impact of the program and evolve it in ways that will help drive towards larger business goals. This will require an understanding of social good, product advocacy and influencer programs.

Required Skills:

  1. Help define our Brand Ambassador program (expectations and goals, identification, requirements, budget, benefits, metrics, governance, etc.)

  2. Cultivate product advocacy and design the end-to-end community journey

  3. Build out a social good program

  4. Engage with agencies to partner on programs and elevate their day-to-day work

  5. Track and quantify impact on business goals

  6. Develop an inclusive process, gathering feedback, requirements and ideas from all relevant stakeholders

  7. Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into a comprehensive and actionable plan that drives short, medium and long-term improvement

  8. Ensure the program reflects broader organizational strategic priorities

  9. Actively drive plan execution

  10. Constantly evaluate and evolve the program offerings to align to (and even anticipate) stakeholder needs and market dynamics

  11. Act as a resource across the organization to increase alignment across teams for community related initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience in online community engagement/development

  2. Experience cultivating and building advocate and influencer communities

  3. Experience creating social good programs, setting strategic plans and leading cross-team projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in consumer electronics, with an understanding of how the CE industry works and its relationship with social media, advocate communities and influencers

  2. Experience with building existing philanthropic relationships
