Facebook is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage various aspects of business process control operations. The Business Process Controls team is chartered with the critical mission to ensure sufficient process controls are established in all material management activities performed at our data centers globally. Program management activities involve continuous and ongoing stakeholder engagement, KPI management, continuous improvement, design and implementation of scalable and efficient processes, developing the roadmap, executing the roadmap and providing critical inputs to process automation. This role requires a full understanding of procure to pay and its impacts to receiving, asset lifecycle management, inventory management, transportation, tax and trade compliance.
Responsible for developing and maintaining process workflows to support various programs in Business Process Controls space including Material intake, Material life cycle management, Material disposals, Material transfers, New Product Introduction, System of record, Inventory control, Fixed asset audits, Trade compliance, and Tax
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data center site operations, Sourcing, Accounting, Finance, Trade Compliance and Tax teams to implement logistics/business processes in a global environment
Responsible for developing required process documentation for business process implementation and rollout
Responsible for establishing appropriate KPIs to measure process performance and identifying process improvement opportunities
Responsible for stakeholder engagement, assessment of ongoing business needs and building short-term and long-term roadmap to support business needs
Responsible for developing standard processes and tooling needs to support program requirements for Infrastructure material management focusing on scale and efficiency
Responsible for supporting implementation of technology solutions and process automations efforts to improve material visibility, enhance controls and to improve process efficiency
Maintain data integrity across multiple systems, identify root causes and resolve data inconsistencies
BA or BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
5+ years of work experience related to logistics, materials management, supply chain management or similar experience
Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to supply chain management and logistics
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement logistics or business processes in a global environment
Experience in data collection and data analysis
Analytical and problem-solving experience
