Risk and Response, as a broader organization, exists to respond to real-time crises, proactively identify and evaluate emerging risks, conduct post mortem investigations that provide critical insights to our internal cross-functional stakeholders and deliver action-oriented assessments that benefit our community.
The Business Integrity Escalations Program Manager will be tasked with building a deep understanding of issues impacting our advertiser ecosystem, building strong strategic relationship with stakeholders across the business, and helping to shape the team's long-term vision, devise and drive global goals, and identify opportunities to drive change to help Facebook provide the best support for this community.
Establish and support ongoing programs for our global team including things like on-boarding, learning opportunities, skill building and team building
Establish and execute special team activities that build culture and drive clarity of purpose
Manage initiatives and tools that better define our workspace to be more efficient and impactful
Manage task forces by providing flexible processes that help keep communication on track and ensure people have information, tools, and resources they need to succeed
Facilitate meetings including preparing agendas, establishing next steps and owners
Proactively raise and resolve issues around our initiatives before they are a problem for individuals
Support the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution
Measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively
Track and move initiatives forward working with multiple stakeholders
Build impactful relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact across the global teams and cross-functional partners you're working with in all offices
Establish communication structure to report out updates, progress and status with task forces or leads on the team so everyone understands role and expectations
Manage program communication and proactively connect with your partners in other offices or disciplines to make them aware of the programs and how they can support you
Drive clarity around ownership, objectives and next steps
5+ years of experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (operations manager experience, project/program management, online operations, consulting experience)
5+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience establishing programs, supporting teams, and developing relationships
Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and globally
MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field
Experience working in a large-scale, global operations team
