Facebook is seeking to grow its Partner Services team in Los Angeles. The Media Partnerships team manages strategic relationships with our key media partners and public figures. The person in this Partner Services role will work closely with Strategic Partnership Managers (SPMs) to optimize how public figures leverage Facebook for the causes they care about. The person in this role will have the opportunity to work directly and independently with relevant contacts in partner organizations. In addition to external partners and the SPM team, this role will also interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Policy, Product Management, Communications, Engineering, and Operations.
The Entertainment Media Partnerships team is looking for an experienced partner services individual to take our partnerships with public figures who are passionate about social good to the next level. This role will also focus on optimizing our existing processes with an emphasis on scaling Facebook's charitable giving efforts.
Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of Facebook's strategic partnerships with public figures and nonprofit organizations
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute innovative and high-impact partnerships with Facebook
Be an advocate within Facebook for our partners, and represent their needs and feedback to product teams across the company
Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Facebook is taking partner input into account in relevant product and policy decisions
Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and their goals
Use data to identify new opportunities, and to measure the impact of existing programs
Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and vertical trends as they relate to Entertainment and Social Good
BA/BS Degree or higher
4+ years of partner management or program management experience
Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
Proven experience managing entertainment partners and launching content strategies across digital platforms
Experience managing entertainment industry relationships at every level
Communication and presentation experience, especially experience using data to tell a story and make recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Experience solving problems and juggling multiple responsibilities
Track record of leveraging entertainment relationships to drive social impact
Experience working with or in support of diverse and underrepresented communities
