Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the main point of communication for all University diversity programs

  2. Provide inputs to University Recruitment diversity strategy and goals

  3. Utilize strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for the University team

  4. Direct the work efforts and resources to accomplish the diversity strategy outcomes in partnership with the Recruiting Leads

  5. Provide reporting to the EMEA and NAMER University Recruitment leadership team re: the evolution of diversity initiatives in region

  6. Remain current with diversity-related laws, regulations and policies Provide diversity reports and updates to appropriate sub-teams and functions

  7. Work with key stakeholders to gain buy in and support for programs

  8. Provide opportunities for community building and networking throughout

  9. Define program objectives, create schedules and oversee quality control

  10. Identify, assess and minimize program risks until successful program completion

  11. Assist in other initiatives, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of Recruiting experience

  2. 2+ years of Diversity focused initiative support

  3. 2+ years of Project/Program management experience

  4. Excellent communication skills

  5. Ability to work cross-functionally

  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. University Recruiting experience preferred
