The ideal candidate exhibits teamwork, motivation, proactivity and a great attitude. The EMEA People Operations team is fast growing so this will be a unique, challenging, and exciting role for an experienced HR professional that is up for the challenge and the growth opportunity at Facebook.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide expert HR advice to employees & managers on Facebook policy and procedures across EMEA with an extra focus on France.

  2. Ownership for the both the process and manager & employee experience for all Leave of Absences, transfers and the voluntary terminations, across the EMEA region.

  3. Probation management across the EMEA region.

  4. Project management of the EMEA Performance Summary Cycle and Employee Engagement Survey.

  5. Engage and educate with employees and managers around HR policies and programs, across multiple EMEA locations.

  6. Ability to identify opportunities for People Process, Programs or Experience for our people and design, manage & deliver solutions in collaboration with cross functional teams.

  7. Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR and business partners.

  8. Establish, deliver and analyse People data and analytics to drive business decisions.

  9. Support other processes, projects and team members as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ Years previous HR Generalist / HR Advisor experience, ideally in the EMEA market.

  2. Fluent English and French

  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.

  4. Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, in a fast paced environment.

  5. Ability to work independently, requiring minimal direction.

  6. Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organisation.

  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
