Facebook seeks a talented, self-motivated Regional Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and growth of advertising solutions in EMEA, with a focus in Video Ads platform and Audience Network. The successful candidate must have experience closely partnering with regional and international cross-functional partners to design and execute revenue and product adoption programs. This person will have to develop and manage processes to ensure that regional stakeholders know the strategic initiatives that are relevant to them, and that the product team is equipped with regional feedback to improve our products. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of video and the overall Facebook’s advertising solutions and products. This is a full-time position will be based in Dublin or London.
Influence product roadmap and priorities with regional insights and market intelligence
Provide early-stage feedback on regional product-market fit and growth potential
Lead scaled regional communications for new Video and Audience Network product, activations and updates
Build strong XFN relationships and prioritize work to efficiently plan and execute go-to-market and growth plans in EMEA
Support initial product growth activation efforts and actively engage in adoption tracking
Define and scale best practices to drive Video and Audience Network adoption and new product activations
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Develop scaled training programs to further Video and Audience Network product knowledge of EMEA sales teams and advertisers
5+ years experience across mobile video, display, ad networks and/or search strongly recommended.
Strong understanding of video and the overall Facebook’s advertising solutions and products.
Experience communicating the benefits of various marketing strategies to business audiences.
Experience in setting priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently.
Analytical experience used to influence key stakeholders and driving resolution.
Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity.
Experience working at a media agency or ad tech company.
