We're looking for a Program Manager who is extremely detail oriented, efficient, and a creative problem solver to manage the onboarding program for our EMEA recruitment team. The Recruiting Learning Program Manager will drive the onboarding program across the region, will be responsible creating and executing project plans to improve and develop the program while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Required Skills:

  1. " Establishes overall roadmap to ensure the program is serving the team and developing appropriately " Meeting regularly stakeholders to assess team needs, provide program updates and seek support for recommendations. " Drive creation of a comprehensive measurement strategy, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, for collecting, analyzing and reporting onboarding program effectiveness. " Utilise this data to drive improvements, iterate on programs and develop new elements of program as needed " Assist in the building and communication of regular data reporting, sharing insights on onboarding program impact to recruiting stakeholders. " Manages expectations around roles and responsibilities for all involved in onboarding

  2. ie. Leadership team, In Team Trainers, Change Champions and creates transparency between team members and their respective workloads. " Expand the onboarding process globally partnering with US and regional leads in EMEA and APAC to deliver regionally relevant training and ensure operational consistency across regions " Work with rLearning team to build a comprehensive inventory of all Recruitment relevant training (including ownership and location), determining if comprehensive learning resources exist as well as identifying gaps and how to fill them as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. " +3 years of experience in recruitment with extensive knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle and FB's recruiting tools. " Prior experience with onboarding programs, including the creation of learning materials, and measuring/reporting on learning effectiveness. " Experience in building relationships and collaboration within a global, cross-functional team in order to accomplish all necessary tasks. " Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience " Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
