Summary:

Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Recruiting Lead, you will have the experience to grow with the rapidly expanding business. You will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies for our largest demand in technical and non-technical hiring. You will lead an organization of staffing professionals.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives

  2. Design customised and executable staffing plans while building great relationships with the recruiting team and engineering client groups

  3. Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  4. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups

  5. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the SWE recruiting team

  6. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc)

  7. Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years recruiting experience with large or growing technical organizations

  2. 3+ years proven leadership experience guiding international recruiting teams in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  3. Experience with both 'hands on" recruiting as well as management

  4. Broad knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements

  5. Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills

  6. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally

  7. Creativity in problem-solving and resourcefulness

  8. Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

  9. Desire to succeed, take initiative, and further the success of a highly functional recruiting team

  10. Experience partnering with leadership and executive teams on hiring initiatives

  11. Passionate about Facebook and knowledge of our products and business
