Summary:

The Recruiting Labs team develops and refines processes and tools that increase recruiting efficiencies and the quality of people that the Recruiting Team hires. This team offer best practices, tools expertise, reporting insights, diagnostics, processes and tools training.This role is involved in training and onboarding via TalentCamp or Sourcer Development Program and ongoing through in-team support and custom 1:1's. When we do all the above correctly, it results in operationally-efficient solutions that helps Facebook meet / exceed hiring goals! This role is on the Recruiting Programs and Operations Team (POP) and you will be part of the Global Recruiting Learning & Development Team. This role will also partner with, People Engineering teams (PE) and peers within Global Labs. It requires someone who is committed to understanding the global, regional, and individual team requirements and challenges as well as possesses the innovation, collaboration, and drive to develop high-impact solutions.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and deliver training and leverage internal skillsets to develop the EMEA Recruiting team and ensure that the team adopts and engages with new tools, features, skills and enhancements

  2. Develop tools and process best practices that result in growing the internal team's skillset

  3. Act as the primary contact for recruiting data, dashboards, and reporting in EMEA

  4. Educate the EMEA Recruiting team about internal tools and dashboards, enabling them to use them effectively to drive their own performance and strategy

  5. Develop sourcing best practices in the EMEA Recruiting team to grow the internal team's skillset

  6. Interpret data from multiple platforms to drive sourcing and recruiting strategies and decisions as well as providing 'Top of funnel" sourcing support to different pipelines.

  7. Coaching and guiding the Recruiting team to identify the most effective sourcing strategies and their appropriate application to meet the needs of the businesses they support

  8. Gather and assess feedback on all recruiting tools across the EMEA recruiting team

  9. Communicate and collaborate with the Labs team members & engineering team on the development of new and existing recruiting tools

  10. Help test new internal and external tools

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+years Recruiting and or sourcing experience

  2. Experience in delivering tools training sessions

  3. Passion for training and facilitation of training workshops

  4. Exceptional collaboration skills and passion for driving improvements

  5. Passion for tools and data that enable efficiency

  6. Experience of utilizing data and insights on a daily basis to help drive and develop sourcing strategies.

  7. Strong organizational and communication skills

  8. Highly motivated with the ability to act independently on priorities
