The Partner Manager, Martech Partnerships will report to the Head of New Ecosystems Partner Management for EMEA and will provide ongoing consultative business support to our key partners. The Partner Manager, Maretch Partnerships is responsible for activating, maintaining support for, and growing identified partners within an identified Program Area, in line with the Program strategy and pipeline established by the regional partnerships team. They act as the single point of contact between their partners and our internal cross-functional stakeholders. Martech Partnerships is an increasingly important part of the Facebook Partnerships strategy. Focusing on offline data integrations with Marketing cloud, merchant services, email marketing and other Martech platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to operate highly autonomously, across the EMEA region and be comfortable dealing with both large complex Partners and small earlier stage businesses.

The role will lead and drive initiatives that influence the overall adoption of various Facebook products, technologies and services to ultimately drive profitable spend from business partners, at scale. This role requires a passionate individual with experience managing customer / partner service operations. This person should be a self-starter and passionate about customer, partners, products and people. This position can be based in our Dublin or London offices.

Required Skills:

  1. Act as the main point-of-contact and be the voice for identified Martech Partners, helping them drive strategic growth.

  2. Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation

  3. Own the overall shadow revenue goal and other operational KPIs related to partner service operations

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize Partners' business, product, operations, and marketing with Facebook's strategy and product roadmaps

  5. Be the thought leader at Facebook by funneling platform insights and product feedback, influencing roadmaps where necessary

  6. Work with Sales Ops to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams

  7. Help identified Partners advance projects/initiatives that have highest impact on both their business, and Facebook's

  8. Align on key themes and spot opportunities across Facebook's business

  9. Project manage new product development through test and launch

  10. Willingness to travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in / managing customer / partner service operations

  2. Good understanding of how to run and measure service operations with relevant KPIs

  3. Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders

  4. Quantitative/analytical experience

  5. Project management experience, including multitasking to run, lead or execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of Facebook products, innovation, technology, and online marketing

  2. Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communications

  3. Ability to work cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally/externally

  4. Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

  5. BA/BS or MBA

  6. Prior experience in building products and technical abilities

  7. Experience in leading marketing campaigns

  8. Experience working with large datasets.
