Facebook is looking for a Global Solutions Partner (GSP) responsible for global planning, organisation, execution, and communication of key initiatives/tracks for one of its largest advertisers. The GSP for Facebook’s Global Accounts Team is an enthusiastic teammate and program coordinator who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. With proven track record of operational excellence and strategic thinking, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop execution tracks across key initiatives, identify key stakeholders, create milestones, coordinate track completion, and communicate findings. The position will be based in London and due to the global nature of the role, significant travel may be required.

Required Skills:

  1. Internal Relationship Management

  2. Work with local counterparts within Facebook client team, the client itself, and Managing Global Client Partner

  3. Partner to coordinate core global priorities, establish milestones, identify XFN stakeholders, communicate needs, and drive progress on deliverables of all key program tracks.

  4. Must be able to coordinate and document several complex projects and at a time (up to 15) and work with cross-functional groups within sales operations, solutions engineering, business development, product management, and sales leadership

  5. External Relationship Management

  6. Attend key global meetings with client team to ensure detailed feedback is baked into program tracks and messaged to the global teams

  7. Partner with local account team to collaborate on key executive meetings and engagements. This includes meeting prep, documentation, execution, and follow up. Partner with Managing Global Client Partner

  8. Partner on progress reporting to global sales leadership and sales operations

  9. Own coordination of global internal & external events, including client-summits, internal summits, and trade-show representation

  10. Global communication

  11. Develop both internal and external scaled communications for product launches, client-specific case studies, and regular executive updates.

  12. Lead communication and proliferation of insights/dashboard development. Partner with Client Solutions Managers and internal Cross-functional teams to ensure progress is made and messaged

  13. Build scalable programs and reporting

  14. Create and own scaled model for best-practice sharing of both brand & direct-response client marketing strategies across global account team

  15. Project Management

  16. Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. client facing data/insights reporting, understanding product adoption and media performance, setting up data pipelines to analyze conversion and impression data, etc.)

  17. Insights & Knowledge Management

  18. Develop and aggregate client and market insights across regions for use across Global Accounts

  19. Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure client activation improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship

  20. Build and manage scaled communications for key internal stakeholders, clients and partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in marketing, online media, account management, or program management

  2. Bachelor’s degree

  3. Ability to work in a cross-functional (and global) environment

  4. Experience working on analytical-heavy projects

  5. Facebook product knowledge preferred

  6. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
