Facebook is seeking an an experienced program operations manager who is passionate about the way Facebook can work with a range of partners from groups leaders to community organizations – and is obsessed with technology, social media and business strategy – monitoring and analyzing performance to build programs at scale.
Community Partnerships at Facebook is responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with our key partners. You will work with some of the world’s best organizations and as well as community leaders as well as our world class product and engineering teams. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Partner Engineering and the Operations teams to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. A qualified candidate will have a strong passion and curiosity for innovative social products and their potential for transforming communities.
The Global Program Operations Manager will be responsible for creating systems and processes to identify partners and manage programs at scale, using data to help measure the reach, performance and impact of the program.
Provide guidance to regional teams in defining, analyzing, and measuring their process and approach.
Build dashboards to monitor and track performance of the program, including managing collection of surveys for measurement.
Build systems and processes to identify partners and manage programs at scale, including scaled outreach and partner management systems.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, partnerships, policy and legal, to develop an exceptional experience for our partners.
Manage multiple complex project deliverables for multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure product and industry impact in region.
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
5+ years work experience in consulting or finance with startup and consumer technology company experience preferred.
Experienced with one or more of the following tools: SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Airtable, Marketo, Excel.
Analytical and practical mindset, experienced in analyzing data to draw out recommendations in order to improve program performance.
Strong understanding of business objectives and able to succinctly convey data, summarize quick wins and quickly adopt and understand performance and priorities.
Proven track record of scaling an initiative, taking an idea to execution and thinking creatively on how to build a program for success.
Proven experience in building cross-functional stakeholder relationships to engage people.
Demonstrated care/commitment to driving impact in society.
Experience running scaled global initiatives using online and offline tools.
Understanding of Facebook Platform and how its products could be leveraged to build community.
