To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a world-class Partner Enablement Manager who is passionate about Workplace by Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the productivity of an organisation.

Your mission is to build a scale-able, measure-able and leading enablement program for our partner organisations globally. You'll work with a range of cross functional teams and existing partners to develop an enablement program that can be leveraged across partner types and geographies to help us scale, ultimately contributing to the successful growth of Workplace.

This role is based in our HQ for Workplace, the London office.

Required Skills:

  1. Training and Accreditation

  2. Drive the success and implementation of the Partner partner enablement program for both new and existing partners. This includes executing and refining content, scoping and implementing enablement programs that accelerate launches, claims and customer value while working in close partnership with internal teams.

  3. Plan, develop, and design training materials to create optimized learning experiences.

  4. Define appropriate training cadence, and deliver high-quality online and/or onsite training to meet the needs of the business.

  5. Engage with Workplace Leadership, External Channel Partners, Global XFN teams to identify knowledge, skills and systems enablement requirements for the partner

  6. Content and Execution

  7. Lead with a data driven approach to identify gaps and provide recommendations.

  8. Coordinate with Workplace Partner Development Managers, and Service Partner Managers to build and drive content for partner enablement in the Workplace Partner Ecosystem.

  9. Review, create, and update partner facing demand generation artifacts and event collateral .

  10. Act as a consultant to partners to determine their enablement needs

  11. Management of partner enablement plans across multiple partner types, size and product portfolio

  12. Proactive outreach to regional partners to develop enablement plans

  13. Work with local partner managers and their management teams to determine specific partner plans that are aligned with partner business plans and goals

  14. Work closely with Partner management to create regional plans to enable the partner with consistent, effective and engaging conversation

  15. Create, deliver, and support the partner onboarding curriculum for the sales organization.

  16. Identify areas where additional learning and reinforcement are required.

  17. Constantly seek to evolve and refine the enablement and training solutions strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, and/or web technology companies

  2. In depth knowledge of the SaaS Partner space, proven experience developing enablement programs

  3. Demonstrated track record delivering measure-able and successful enablement program across diverse geographical regions

  4. Relevant tertiary degree and/or commensurate experience

  5. Willingness to travel approx 50% of time ,particularly in early build phase
