We are looking for a strong Event Project Manager who is resourceful, proactive, super organized, action oriented with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles.

Required Skills:

  1. Support in the collective effort for consistency, setting a standard, dissemination and use of the Styleguide and other documentation.

  2. Assist in the communication and application of the Brand creative standard to be used across the company.

  3. Develop roll out of culturally tailored approaches for regions, deep dive into materials/build partners/agencies/specialists for specific projects supported by the creative lead.

  4. Build relationships with agencies/vendors.

  5. Facilitate the roll out and appropriation of the Style guide (Webinars etc..)

  6. Undertake quality checks by regions 4 times a year

  7. Develop and manage end-to-end creative project plans and ensure on-time completion.

  8. Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve business practices and prioritize resources in areas that will deliver the greatest impact.

  9. Review operational issues and determine if a solution is required or a process correction needs to be made.

  10. Drive internal process improvements across the design team and how best to communicate this with the rest of the team, what’s working, what’s not.

  11. Ensure there is sound communication between various groups on projects.

  12. Provide day-to-day coordination with the design team and quality control across the tier 1 projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5 years work experience in Event Project Management .

  2. Communication and coordination skills

  3. Experience executing on multiple tasks simultaneously

  4. Experience collaborating with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies and "

  5. Hands on experience with all necessary tasks
