Summary:

Facebook Germany is looking for the highest caliber executive to spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with automotive advertisers. The candidate must have executive contacts across the region’s largest companies, extensive media knowledge, great communication skills and the ability to deliver high-end deals.

Required Skills:

  1. Define and drive Facebook’s Automotive vertical strategy for DACH and develop the overall customer proposition in the short, mid and long term

  2. Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organisations to support business growth

  3. Develop and execute strategy to ensure growth and achievement of key accounts (regional/national) and revenue objectives

  4. Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts

  5. Drive the highest levels of client service and improve relationships and process

  6. Build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and business transformation opportunities

  7. Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship

  8. Actively participate in the DACH leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing company culture, mission, and strategy

  9. Develop, retain and motivate existing team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities

  10. Drive overall operational efficiency across sales, marketing and business operations

  11. Act as the spokesperson for Facebook at relevant industry events

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related subject is preferred

  2. Extensive experience in marketing, sales and management

  3. Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations

  4. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach

  5. Personal network in place with regional C Level executives

  6. Experience working with and knowledge of Automotive companies

  7. Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising

  8. High caliber sales and marketing professional with experience working across multiple geographies

  9. Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach

  10. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills

  11. Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic

  12. Fluent in English and German
