Facebook is looking for the highest caliber executive leader to lead key channels for Facebook’s revenue growth in India, and to spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with global brands, agencies and partners. We are looking to identify an exceptional people leader with a proven track record of delivering success in both large organizations and startups, with a deep passion for the role of mobile in driving business impact.

The candidate will have a deep understanding of the market opportunities, a personal connect with marketing leaders across verticals, and will create an inspiring vision to set objectives and run day to day operations. The role leads the strategy and delivery in the India sales organization focused on the large accounts, and reports into the Director of Global Marketing Solutions, India. Reporting into the role are the Vertical Sales and Solutions teams, and the Agency teams. The role is based in Gurgaon, India.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute Facebook's large accounts strategy and operations to ensure growth and achievement of objectives

  2. Build and Scale vertical narratives to drive customer value creation

  3. Manage revenue performance by providing timely and accurate forecasts, and by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities

  4. Drive the Media Agency and Advertising Agency partnership agenda with structural interventions to scale the mobile agenda

  5. Personally build and maintain relationships with senior marketing leaders and shape Mobile adoption with marketers

  6. Collaborate with Product marketing teams to drive delivery of product agenda and lead Solutions teams to deliver customer value

  7. Develop and motivate exceptionally engaged teams around the twin axis of Facebook’s mission and customer value delivery

  8. Actively participate in the India Leadership Team and be an active member of key global teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing, media, digital or technology and proven experience in managing large sales and marketing operations

  2. Proven record of leading and mentoring senior people leaders to exceptional success

  3. Experience in hands-on operations while being in a leadership role, and ability to scale with strong process orientation

  4. Strong cross functional collaborator with a proven record in leading peers through influence

  5. Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills

  6. Technical savviness, exceptional communication skills, and detail orientation is a must-have

  7. Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering against targets

  8. Experience in B2B and B2C Marketing roles

  9. Weekly travel required across the country with occasional international travel
