We are looking for an experienced marketer to drive our business marketing efforts across India. This position will work in collaboration with other senior team members to create & drive a strategy that transforms the way our Facebook for Business brand is positioned. Working closely with the Global, Regional and Local marketing teams to roll out key initiatives across the market, this role incorporates all aspects of marketing communications including developing compelling marketing programs and executing the programs at scale, driving industry thought leadership via industry marketing and presence and driving education and adoption for Facebook products.

This full-time position will be part of the India business marketing team and based in Gurgaon.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers’, agency partners’ and the industry’s understanding of online marketing

  2. Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches

  3. Partner with sales and other cross functional partners to create and execute marketing strategy to reach out to our agency and advertiser audience in India

  4. Execute regional platforms locally to drive education and inspiration around Facebook as a marketing platform

  5. Create innovative content that can be used by our sales teams to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques

  6. Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients

  7. Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities – transforming Facebook India’s industry presence

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. MBA or equivalent

  2. At least 9-12 years of professional experience in brand management, preferably from CPG industry

  3. Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and/or advertising environment

  4. Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
