Facebook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Coordinator. The role will support the EMEA Business Pod Recruiting Teams by coordinating projects for Interviewer capacity, calibration & training across EMEA.The Business Pod includes teams as Online Operations, Partnerships, General & Admin (G&A), Policy & Comms, People@. Additionally, this position will support our Candidate Care Team projects and programs such as building operational review models, support structures and our candidate care survey. A small percentage of recruiting coordination is part of the role and to partner closely with the Recruiting Coordination Lead and Recruiting Managers to drive a top class interview experience for all those involved in the process. This includes analyzing interview declines, reschedules, candidate care scores, room availability, swag, recruiter/coordinator partnerships and anything else that impacts the candidate experience. This regular employment position is Full-Time and based in Dublin or London

Required Skills:

  1. Develop, execute and maintain consistent programs for the Biz team ensuring cross collaboration with other EMEA program specialists.

  2. Program manage interviewer capacity planning, calibration and trainings by collaborating with recruiting coordinators, leads and business sponsor.

  3. Attending weekly meetings with recruiting leads and business managers who are responsible for site/business growth to understand impact on interview pools.

  4. Compile, forecast, analyze & report on data and metrics on interviewer capacity and calibration with interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy and work with Recruiting Leads to remove bottlenecks to support business growth.

  5. Partner with Recruiting teams on cross-functional projects relating to enhancing the candidate experience and scalable scheduling solutions across Biz, this includes interviewer training, reschedules, candidate care scores, recognition etc.

  6. Growing and maintaining the interviewer pools for Biz and assisting with batch day interviewer planning.

  7. Monitor interview feedback, driving improvements to ensure it is submitted within SLA and is high quality.

  8. Upkeep of interviewer dashboard integrity, pulling reports and data ownership.

  9. Reviewing the candidate care survey and highlighting trends, training and project opportunities.

  10. Collaborating with the Coordinator and Tools teams to recommend and drive any system or tool improvements & efficiencies.

  11. Liaise with University Recruiting to understand their hiring targets, how it will impact existing interviewer pools and plan accordingly with recruiting and business leads.

  12. Identify and remove bottlenecks as well as forecasting for peak interview seasons

  13. Develop and maintain an effective Communication plan for our candidate care team in EMEA.

  14. Develop and maintain a project roadmap for all projects within Biz.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years’ experience with recruiting programs driving change and operational excellence in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  2. 3+ years’ experience scheduling and coordinating complex interview loops

  3. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing your work time efficiently and maintaining great attention to detail.

  4. Ability to work autonomously and partner with senior level recruiting partners and business leaders.

  5. Self-directed, proactive and detailed orientated problem solver with demonstrated experience and creativity in developing and improving processes

  6. Demonstrated project management skills and and ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and regionally

  7. Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

  8. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.

  9. Working knowledge of Facebook Recruiting Team organizational structure, roles, tools, processes and procedures helpful but not essential

  10. Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and/or PC based calendar applications

  11. Comfortable developing and delivering presentations to large groups

  12. Strategic thinker with data analysis and analytical skills.
