Summary:

Our Recruiting team is looking for an experienced Recruiter who speaks fluent French to support the hiring of our Global Marketing & Sales team in EMEA. This is a permanent position based in our Dublin office. Required Skills:

  1. Manage full 360 recruiting process for our Global Sales Organisation

  2. Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, internal transfers & referrals team) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions

  3. Partner effectively & collaborate with the wider people@ team including compensation & benefits, HR & Peeps

  4. Build strong partnerships with hiring groups using data to direct hiring conversations

  5. Build out and manage a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates

  6. Run and direct recruiting events based on hiring needs

  7. Collaborate and define a diversity engagement plan for hiring groups

  8. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

  9. Provide regular data reports and performance metrics

  10. Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters

  11. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry

  2. Several year’s EMEA recruiting experience gained in an in-house recruiting role.

  3. Sales & Marketing recruiting experience essential, hiring within the French & Southern Europe market within Media, creative or tech highly also essential

  4. Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company a plus

  5. Data driven individual with strong analytical skills

  6. Ability to understand headcount reports

  7. Must have strong collaboration skills

  8. Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  9. Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals

  10. Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
