Summary:

Our EMEA Recruiting team is looking for an experienced recruiters to take ownership of hiring various roles across dedicated business areas which are Global Marketing Solutions, Policy & Communication, Legal, General & Admin, Online Operations, and Human Resources.Managing relationships with key stakeholder you will develop long term talent pipelines and work as a trusted business partner to identify and hire world class talent within Facebook. We focus on three major areas: hire the best people, foster continuous personal growth and enrich the overall Facebook experience. Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

  2. Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches

  3. Develop and execute the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business

  4. Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis

  5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

  6. Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed

  7. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS/BA

  2. 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

  3. Passionate about Facebook and able to speak to our technology/industry

  4. Recruiting experience across EMEA in a multinational company a plus

  5. Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills

  6. Driven self starter able to work autonomously

  7. Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals

  8. Excellent communication skills

  9. Ability to work cross-functionally
