Required Skills:

  1. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team

  2. Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on operational goals by providing superb 1:1 support, and enabling deeper, more scalable solutions.

  3. Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results

  4. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to problem solve analytical approaches and develop solutions

  5. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication

  6. Actively monitor KPIs/metrics and propose mitigating actions accordingly

  7. Lead the hiring and development of the team by anticipating business growth and play a key role in defining staffing needs

  8. Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  2. Significant experience in a complex fast paced environment (preferably Consulting or Process improvement)

  3. Strong leadership and people management experience with a proven ability to motivate and energize teams to deliver results

  4. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  5. Passion for ensuring a good user experience

  6. Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior leadership (written and verbal)

  7. Experience in consulting, people or program management

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in Dutch and English
