Facebook HCM System Analyst in Dublin, Ireland

We are looking for a Payroll Systems Analyst to tackle the challenges of scale and efficiency for our global organization. The role will provide systems support to the members of our Payroll Team and global workforce. The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing configurations, and see every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements.This is a full time role for Dublin, Ireland.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as an expert and own Facebook's payroll technology from within the larger Workday Technical Team.

  2. Partner with Payroll to drive business requirements gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, and communication.

  3. Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, report back to management and business leaders, and develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues.

  4. Contribute to the team that performs Workday administrative functions, including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.

  5. Responsible for driving Payroll Data Quality and responding to the needs of the Payroll Team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years experience implementing solutions with ERP software.

  2. 3+ years experience working on cross-functional teams in Human-Resources-related domains, (HCM, Payroll, Benefits or Recruiting).

  3. 2+ years experience implementing Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and functional experience.

  4. 1+ years experience with Workday Payroll or equivalent payroll systems.

  5. 2+ years experience with Workday EIB and Core Connectors.

  6. 2+ years experience with Workday custom reports and calculated fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree

  2. Communication skills to be able to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

  3. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-pace environment, with passionate stakeholders and users.
