Facebook is seeking to fill the position of Finance Operations Analyst within order to cash, who will be focused on driving new process & process improvement projects. We are seeking a problem solver who finds optimised/automated solutions while proactively mitigating risk.

This individual will be a key part of the EMEA Credit & Collections team and will be responsible for partnering with the internal & outsources team to identify gaps in process and drive process & system changes.

Required Skills:

  1. Document and maintain the EMEA C&C internal & outsourced process

  2. Partner with OTC stakeholders to define scope, objectives, requirements and metrics for success for projects

  3. Partner with engineering teams to define timeline, drive delivery and ensure quality of solution

  4. Identify gaps in process/handling and drive process/systems changes through effective project management

  5. Effectively communicate project status, issues and risks across stakeholders

  6. Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships

  7. Working with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects related to order to cash

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of finance operation experience, project management experience a plus

  2. Strong in mapping out processes including visio

  3. Experienced problem-solver who identifies root causes

  4. Proven record in identifying process issues and scoping possible solutions

  5. Experience working in a cross-functional global environment

  6. Project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with an outsourcing partner

  2. Experience with Oracle/SAP/other ERP system
