EMEA Gaming, part of the global gaming team, manages large gaming partners in Europe, Israel and Russia. The team is split into three verticals: Social Gaming, Console/MMO and Real Money Gaming.

Facebook is seeking a strong Client Partner for the Real Money Gaming vertical to grow existing relationships with strategic clients.

Our Real Money Gaming team works with licensed operators in regulated markets to ensure that their paid media activity on Facebook is best placed to drive their business results.

Success in this position requires a passion for our partners' success and for Facebook, strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and the ability to build a strategy and execute against it. This position also requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in our Dublin headquarters and some international travel will be required.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as an industry thought leader in social media and digital advertising in order to drive the gaming vertical and client success

  2. Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationship, including identifying and influencing key decision makers

  3. Drive revenue by understanding clients' business objectives, educating clients, and presenting new marketing solutions with both brand and performance-based goals

  4. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals

  5. Organise and host industry events for select partners

  6. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations by understanding client business goals and leveraging industry knowledge, market trends, and knowledge of Facebook

  7. Exhibit strong executive presence and confidence in presenting to C-suite executives

  8. Assess opportunities, build strategies and prioritise accordingly.

  9. Methodical coordination & communication across agencies, FMPs, and client teams

  10. Work with the existing team on broad industry wide initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience

  2. Proven understanding of digital, performance and mobile marketing

  3. Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

  4. Understanding of Facebook marketing solutions

  5. Strong organisational skills and an ability to balance changing priorities

  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story using data

  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills

  8. Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment

  9. An interest in sports betting, casino and/or poker is desirable

  10. Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting

  11. Strong passion for Facebook and our mission
