Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Facebook Finance leadership team in Facebook Ireland Limited. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will have the ability to partner closely with finance and other cross functional teams. This person should be process focused, highly organised, energetic, detail-oriented, a problem-solver and exhibit sound judgment. This position is full-time and located in our international headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide day-to-day support to team members including: complex and dynamic calendar management for internal and external meetings, managing international travel arrangements, and timely completion of expense reports

  2. Support the company directors in their roles as finance directors, work with legal & other teams to co-ordinate paperwork associated with contract & financial statements signing

  3. Manage team meeting schedules, structure, agenda, minutes and follow-up

  4. Project manage all logistics for team off-sites

  5. Assist in the preparation of presentations and all hands meetings

  6. Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments

  7. Assist in the preparation of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets for internal and external meetings

  8. Organize space planning and large offsite events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives

  2. Experience in calendar management

  3. Must be a detailed orientated individual

  4. Ability to think, plan and execute quickly and resourcefully, both autonomously and as part of a broader team and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere

  5. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills a must

  6. Exceptional communication skills

  7. Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality

  8. Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback

  9. Strong team player and relationship builder with peers

  10. Passionate about Facebook.
