Community Operations' mission is to build and maintain the world's engagement and trust in Facebook. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 2-3 Directors to help Facebook build safe and inclusive community. We're looking for this person to be a dedicated partner, leader and self-starter in our fast paced, ever changing international environment. Balancing a high pace workload, making thoughtful judgement calls and prioritizing ruthlessly will be crucial in this position - and it's sure to offer an exciting, challenging, work environment. This role is a full-time position based in Dublin, Ireland.

Required Skills:

  1. Diary management: Extensive diary management, including organising internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations for up to three directors

  2. Ownership of all travel bookings and expense records

  3. Financial administration, e.g. processing POs & invoices

  4. Ensure email lists, org charts and other administrative systems are maintained and current

  5. Assist with internal team off-sites and constantly searching for new and exciting ways to strengthen team culture

  6. Ability to move quickly and happy to work in a fast moving environment

  7. General office duties as needed

  8. Act as a strong liaison to other departments.
