Summary:

The Facebook GMS Business Integrity Operations team is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 2-3 Directors. Business Integrity is responsible for ensuring trusted, safe connections between advertisers and users on the platform. With the support of management, the broader Administrative team, and other functional leads, this person will also play a key role in building the right environment and culture to facilitate a large and FAST scaling effort required to achieve the team's critical goals. The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, detail-orientated problem solver, who exhibits sound judgement and discretion, a deep care for individuals, and a desire to foster team spirit and cohesion. This position is full-time and located in our international headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage multiple complex calendars across time zones, and frequent international travel

  2. Provide individualized support to 2+ executives

  3. Be a culture carrier in the face of rapid growth, spanning many geographical regions

  4. Execute new ways to support team member onboarding

  5. Support team projects that require cross-group collaboration and coordination

  6. Plan and manage logistics and budgets for team off-sites

  7. Coordinate speaking engagements and presentations

  8. Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in various departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 3+ years of administrative experience with executive members

  2. Experience of working with cross-functional and global teams with proven ability to support multiple managers and their priorities

  3. Excellent knowledge of current IT systems - particularly Outlook and Concur

  4. Experience organizing large events & off-sites

  5. Be self-directed, take initiative and be proactive

  6. High-level of attention to detail and accuracy. Must exhibit flexibility, prioritization skills and ability to multi-task

  7. Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  8. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, and build trusted relationships

  9. An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion is essential

  10. Desire to learn about the various aspects of the business so as to identify areas of inefficiency, redundancy and potential improvement

  11. Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
