Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Recruiting Organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the HR partner for members of the Recruiting team to assist with HR, people, and team support

  2. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization

  3. Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  4. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

  5. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors

  6. Partners closely with regional/international HR partners on global issues

  7. Oversees employee relations issues as needed, drives to conclusion

  8. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  9. Manage appropriate pieces of the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  10. Manage and facilitate organizational design, pulse action planning, visioning, and team building that support change and growth

  11. Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

  12. Participate in reoccurring team meetings and 1:1 as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of HR experience

  2. 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner

  3. 5+ years experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting

  4. Experience building relationships at all levels of the organization

  5. Demonstrated project management and change management experience and experience driving programs independently

  6. Demonstrated analytical and data management experience with the experience translating data into action planning

  7. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience

  8. Consulting, coaching and facilitation experience

  9. Knowledge in technology or Internet business

  10. Experience helping global organizations scale

  11. Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience
