Facebook is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Consumer & Influencer Marketing team in Central Europe.

The Consumer & Influencer Marketing team focuses on building awareness and understanding of Facebook’s positive contribution through product and program awareness. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that support and build Facebook’s reputation amongst consumers and influencers across a variety of channels. This role requires close collaboration with cross functional teams - including Marketing, Policy and Communications - to develop impactful marketing that demonstrate the value of Facebook in Central and Eastern Europe. The ideal individual for this role has an established background and demonstrated success in launching integrated global and regional brand marketing initiatives targeting both mass consumers and vertical audience; experience developing creatively driven marketing initiatives; a unique motivation for problem-solving, collaborating, and driving data-driven results through insights and analytics, along with an innate understanding of how to manage and evolve brand perception through marketing.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns and programs end-to-end, including clarifying business objectives, developing briefs, overseeing program/creative development, executing, and measuring impact across a variety of both broad-based and hyper-targeted programs

  2. Work cross functionally across policy, comms, marketing teams to determine marketing needs and develop a process for developing impactful marketing that demonstrates the value of Facebook within each market

  3. Collaborate on marketing strategy and execution for local aspects of our global programs, and determine effective marketing tactics to bring Facebook products and programs to light

  4. Create content in partnership with internal design resources and external agencies to communicate the value of Facebook inc.

  5. Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to develop joint strategies and plans, develop shared narratives, and coordinate key moments, positioning and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree required

  2. 4+ years professional experience in brand marketing or marketing communications

  3. Operational powerhouse with project management skills and experience managing multiple tasks at once

  4. Ability to drive initiatives at both a strategic and executional level

  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams

  6. Quantitative analytical ability

  7. Fluent in English and German

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in another European language (e.g. Dutch, French…) would be a preferred
