Summary:

The People Compliance team provides innovative global HR compliance solutions while driving business value through risk mitigation, proactive program design, and strategic partnerships. As part of that team, the Recruiting Compliance & Support Specialist will play an important part in supporting our Recruiting partners, driving data integrity and identifying solutions to process and systems problems. We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our efforts to drive best practices while meeting critical SLAs and influencing key stakeholders. This Specialist role will report to the Recruiting Compliance & Support Lead.

Required Skills:

  1. Maintain support queue within case management system, prioritizing tickets within agreed upon SLA

  2. Support Recruiting clients and cross-functional partners with clear and concise technical resolution

  3. Partner with Team Lead and colleagues on People Compliance team to assess risk, identify escalations and enable approved exceptions

  4. Provide on-going technical end user support for Recruitment systems and processes

  5. Assist in managing daily requisition management and candidate management transaction activity

  6. Support HR interfaces/integrations and ensure data integrity between systems

  7. Identify process and tool improvements and develop solutions to implement with broader team

  8. Provide case documentation, including resolutions

  9. Perform bug resolution and triage with the appropriate internal and external (vendor) resources

  10. Leverage cross-functional SMEs (e.g., Legal, Engineering) for problem solving and issue escalation

  11. Perform data analysis and trending of support queue as well as identifying core HR/Recruiting data discrepancies for resolution

  12. Identify and remediate recruiting practices that affect data integrity, as well as make recommendations to reduce associated risks

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years systems technical support experience and/or training

  2. 2+ years experience working with Recruiting systems and/or within Recruiting Operations environment

  3. Experience navigating between multiple systems and reporting tools

  4. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and embedding resources and education into case resolution documentation

  5. Experience with customer service or consulting (internal or external)

  6. Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)

  7. Experience prioritizing workload within published SLA

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in HR Operations, HRIS or HR Compliance

  2. Experience with case management system (e.g., Salesforce)

  3. Experience with OFCCP record keeping and data retention requirements

  4. Salesforce reporting knowledge/experience

  5. Experience with knowledge management and/or project management

  6. Bachelor’s degree

  7. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
