We are looking for a talented marketer to activate our marketing for small and medium-sized businesses in North America. This person in this role will be responsible for developing a holistic marketing strategy for the broad and diverse SMB managed client segment, including marketing programs, sales materials, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns which enable our Account Management sales team & drive revenue growth. The position will be part of the North America SMB marketing team and will be based in Austin.
Develop & execute an integrated marketing strategy which shifts perception and drives revenue growth among SMB’s managed clients in North America.
Lead all aspects of the marketing plan supporting the strategy, including ideation, project management, & execution.
Create compelling marketing programs, campaigns, events, & sales enablement content to support the marketing plan.
Serve as the primary liaison between GBM and SMB NA Account Management, a team of 100+ verticalized account managers servicing Facebook's medium and large sized end-clients.
Develop and implement streamlined collateral and content supporting AM programs and verticals (decks, playbooks, education, events, etc.).
Organize AM attendance/leadership at external events and FB-sponsored events.
Develop thought leadership and speaking opportunities for key verticals & SMB NA leadership.
Manage the budget, planning, & internal communications supporting the marketing plan.
Analyze marketing impact and evolve programs based on relevant insights.
5+ years of experience in marketing, sales or digital media
Communication and project management experience
Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
Experience translating concepts into programs & content
Knowledge of the media landscape
- Advertising experience
