Facebook is seeking to fill a full-time position of Corporate Card and Operations Lead – Travel, Expense and Corporate Credit Card (TEC) in our Austin, TX office. As a key leader in the TEC process, you will be the main point of contact for our corporate credit card program and ensuring the successful delivery of our TEC activity via our outsourced financial service provider.
Analyze and monitor our program, reinforcing the control environment to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, providing direct support to Facebook’s cardholders and their managers, and supporting all aspects of program operations with heavy focus on customer service, driving program growth, expansion and development
Identifies and recommends effective solutions towards process improvements while providing leadership and direction to regional card administrators
Manage the TEC component of the relationship with our outsourced financial service provider including monitoring of metrics and capacity, as well as quality and effectiveness of the services provided
Help define, update, implement, and monitor:
Our Corporate Card Policy
Finance processes that drive efficiencies and ease of use and employee experience
Scalable and automated finance systems
Key operational metrics that measure finance performance and which drive continuous improvement
Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership
Ensure Global TEC Operations complies with company policies, processes, sourcing strategies, and other Finance objectives
Conduct regular outreach, communication, and training with key stakeholders on processes and systems
Coordinate and support special projects as needed
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Management or related field
5+ years of corporate card experience
Experience working with and managing performance of outsourced financial service providers
Experience communicating and proven experience in consulting with internal business clients and external suppliers
Experience driving change and improving the end-to-end process
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
